Liquido was an alternative pop-rock band from Germany. Founded in 1996, they started out with their self-produced demo tape looking for a record deal. In 1998, the band signed a major contract with Virgin Records and released their first single “Narcotic”, turning overnight into a worldwide smash hit. Liquido released five albums and numerous singles, as well as one best of compilation. After sold out tours across Europe and several gold and platinum awards of the international phonographic industry, the band split in 2008. Liquido are Wolfgang Schrödl (vocals, guitar, piano), Wolle Maier (drums), Stefan Schulte-Holthaus (bass) and Tim Eiermann (vocals, guitar).
