June Turns Black, a groundbreaking electronic rock collective, emerged onto the music scene in the year 2023. With an unwavering commitment to artistic innovation and emotional depth, the band crafts a unique sonic tapestry characterized by intensely personal lyrics, fierce vocal performances, and a remarkable sense of melody. Their artistic journey is marked by a fearless exploration of musical boundaries. After bursting on the scene with four music videos and five releases in 2023, they stepped things up in 2024 with four major highlights: bringing Wavebreaker, their first album, into the world, filled with deeply emotional explorations of trauma and hope, numerous shows across the country culminating with playing the main stage at the prestigious Rockstadt Extreme Festival, a live set and interview at Radio Guerilla, one of the biggest radios in the country and winning “Best Vocalist” at Constelații Rock, one of the oldest national band competitions. 2025 is already shaping up to be their most daring year yet from an artistic point of view, as the year started with the release of their most ambitious music video, Have You and features the beginning of their new era with “gotafeelin” which looks to bring a whole new dimension to their sound as well as a deep-dive into the darkest recesses and flaws of the human condition.
