Doss is writing his own bio because as an independent artist, well, a PR team wasn’t quite in the budget. Born and raised in Stamford, CT—The City That Works—and, true to that spirit, he’s putting in the work to make his mark in the music industry. Drawing inspiration from artists like Nelly, Eminem (obviously), Usher, Drake, Ludacris and many more. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a passion, propelling him onto stages opening up for industry legends like 50 Cent, Flo Rida, and Watsky. He’s also collaborated with talents such as Wax, Mike Squires, and Anoyd, along with many others. With a sound that blends vibrant pop melodies with creative and witty bars, Doss delivers a versatile catalog spanning Pop, Rap, and everything in between. Determined to become one of Connecticut’s most recognized artists, The Boy from the Works is just getting started.
