Barnet

Dreamy & pulsating - melancholic melodies & grooving drums. That's Barnet's musical style as a DJ and producer in short. Nurtured by club- & pop- culture-enthusiasm in Berlin, he started DJing when moving to São Paulo in 2015. Three years in Brazil shaped his musical trajectory: Sensual and drummy celebrations of life with a deep and spacey feeling. In Berlin, Barnet played at Sisyphos, Feel Festival (22-24), Birgit, Klunkerkranich and many more. Having lived in India from 21-24, Barnet played weekly in every major city including Goa, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad as well as in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and Nepal. He opened for Roman Flügel, Frankey & Sandrino and Stereo Express and released his first two-track EP Tempo in 2022. His latest track "Dan" is out since November 28. Barnet collaborated with the German visual artist Philipp Frank, creating two tracks for his installations in India, Transformations at the renowned India Art Fair in Delhi and CHU at Sa Ladakh, a land art festival that Barnet helped to build in Leh, Ladakh. Barnet also organised and played at three open air festivals with Indian, Thai and German DJs in Bangkok and New Delhi.
