Svante Söderqvist THE ROCKET is a Nordic band full of life, inspiring listeners to be playful even in challenging times. Led by composer, double bassist, and cellist Svante Söderqvist, the band brings together Tuulikki Bartosik on accordion and electronics, Adam Forkelid on piano, and Calle Rasmusson on drums, four strong voices creating music that grows around you. The sound has room to breathe and respond. Rooted in jazz but reaching into pop melodies, folk colours, and contemporary classical sound textures, the music blends acoustic and electronic elements, clear grooves, and the accordion’s distinctive voice.
