The Gallands
An underground jazz artist.
"The Gallands" is a project featuring a father (Stéphane Galland) on drums and a son (Elvin Galland) on keyboards. For the first time, due to the confinement measures in their country, father and son found the time and the ideal opportunity to create and record music together. The result is a blend of two vast, wide and rich musical worlds that merge into a unique sound result that mixes Hip-Hop, Jazz, R'n'B, Electro, Pop, Breakbeat and Funk. Their repertoire of originals is nourished by what they like most: Groove, trippy chord progressions, a mix of acoustic and electronic sounds, some blazing, punchy and energetic rhythms, and cinematic atmospheres.
