Rooted in his heritage, the GOYANU project draws its name from “Goias,” a place in Brazil where Leandro was born and raised. Name originated from "Goya" an indigenous community in the heart of Brazil in which means “same people” or “as one,” reflecting very much GOYANU’s vision of unity through music. His journey began in 2008 as a DJ in the psytrance festival scene, where he quickly gained recognition for his own productions.
