Na Nich

Being at the forefront of Ukrainian electronic music for almost 2 decades Alexander Pavlenko continues to operate in a variety of styles. Born in Dnipro, he began his music experiments in the 90s and quickly made a name for himself as Sunchase with a series of releases including appearances on Moving Shadow and DSCI4. Later on tracks were signed to Metalheadz, Med School and numerous others. After moving to Kyiv, he expanded his output with new genres and his style obtained more depth while retaining its cutting edge sound. During those years he started Kvadrat and 22:22, opened his studio and became a founding members of Rhythm Büro. The latter became widely known outside Ukraine not only as an event brand, but also a musical imprint which features some of his work as Na Nich. At this point efforts were focused on live performances and he showcased his act across Europe and appeared on Svreca’s Semantica. Now an accomplished techno and breakbeat producer he is a sought after mastering engineer. His creativity has touched not only dance floors and music collections; some of the tracks can also be heard in Rockstar Games and Sony Computer Entertainment games. The love for analog gear has led him to establish a small, but respectable collection of synths and pedals most of which are touring with him. Not one to rest on his laurels, Alexander looks forward with his music and regardless of the genre you can expect a trademark groove and engineering perfection few can match.
