A nostalgic hard house artist.
Formed in 2006 by longtime friends Henrik Lundberg and Mattias Wellhag, Swedish heavy metal outfit House of Heavy craft blistering, melodic arena rock that echoes the late-'80s output of classic metal acts like Megadeth, Dio, and Judas Priest. The duo began collaborating after spending years in and out of other bands. Two years of living-room rehearsals, home-recorded demos, and late nights spent just listening to music eventually landed the pair a digital distribution deal with Metal Blade and an international deal with Spiritual Beast Records, resulting in House of Heavy's full-length debut, in 2009.
