Gazebo whose real name is Paul Mazzolini was born in Beirut on February 18th 1960. He was brought up traveling around the world with his parents, gathering from different cultures. In 1982 he released his first single "Masterpiece", the 12" version rapidly became a big hit in the European and Asian dance scenes. In 1983 Paul released "I like Chopin", the single reached n°1 in the charts of many countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America selling over 8 million copies. Followed the next year by Telephone Mama he then produced 10 albums including a double live "I Like Live" and a greatest hits compilation "Portrait & Viewpoint". His latest production is "Italo By Numbers" dedicated to the genre that started off with "Masterpiece" with his versions of classics like "Dolce Vita" which he co wrote, "Tarzan Boy", "Easy Lady", "Self Control" and many more.
