COJO is a multifaceted artist - writer, performer, and director - widely regarded as one of the most creative forces in the Romanian music scene. In 2021, producer iRonic Distors completely transformed COJO’s artistic trajectory. Captivated by his authenticity and raw energy, iRonic recognized his potential, becoming not only his producer, but also the creative director of COJO’s project. Together, they founded Raspaparakis Studios, the record label that co-produced Erupt alongside Universal Music Romania, marking a significant milestone in COJO’s artistic evolution. ”ERUPT”, his second album, features ten tracks that offer a brutally honest exploration of identity, love, suffering, and the depersonalization caused by societal pressures and dysfunctional relationships. It also includes collaborations with renowned artists such as Keed, Dara, Aylin Cadîr, EMAA, Iustin HVNDS, Corina Ivanov, and actors Adrian Titieni and Carmen Tănase, each contributing to a deeply emotional and immersive sonic universe.
