Organist ADAM SCONE draws from his vast experience working with soul legends DAPTONE RECORDS artists The Sugarman 3 , Lee Fields, Naomi Shelton & Sharon Jones. He has also backed up Jazz and Boogaloo legends Lou Donaldson, Melvin Sparks and Ben Dixon. It is this background that fuels his band to the most hard-driving soul psychedelia possible. They are certain to make any audience jump up and get into it. 2018 saw the release of their debut LP "BLAST FURNACE!" and was named as in the top 10 Vinyl LP releases of the year as well as 2 funk 45's on (Flamingo Time, Mango Hill, Spasibo Records) that received critical acclaim. Recent tours across the U.S. and internationally have propelled SCONE CASH PLAYERS to a larger audience. 2019 is going to be even busier. Their 2nd LP "AS THE SCREW TURNS" will be out soon and is sure to be an instant classic.
