In 2023, their debut album LUNAR was awarded Best Folk Metal Album by Folk N Metal, praised for its lush violin lines, poetic vocals, and epic arrangements. Now, with their powerful new single Rhythm of the Sun, Solarcycles shows a more fierce and unyielding side — mixed and mastered by Joost van den Broek (Epica, Ayreon) and Yarne Heylen. The band has also supported Blackbriar in 2024 and 2025, adding to their growing reputation in the symphonic and dark folk scenes. For fans of Evanescence, Myrkur and Eluveitie.
