Corina

Corina is a Pop - Dance/Electronic singer and fashion icon born in Romania. Corina was born in Satu Mare, Romania to mother Ileana, a retired baker with a Ukrainian background, and father Vasile, a retired carpenter. The singer grew up listening to rock and alternative music. Corina began discovering her drive for music at the early age of 8, by participating in musical contests and singing in the church choir. She initially wanted to become a lawyer but decided to pursue a singing career instead. 
 Her 1st hit single “ Noi Doi” featuring Marius Moga reached #4 on the Romanian Top 100 while her 2nd album “Imi Place La Tine Tot” gave her the nickname "Corina Hits”, after the 2 singles “Imi Place La Tine ToT” and “Fata Tine” became the most broadcasted hits in 2005. Corina distinguishes herself by delving and pushing her imaginative limits in her concept themed videos, her fashion statements and genre blending music. In 2008 she gave birth to her son, Robin, and returned to the music scene with single "No Sleepin'" 2011 feat JJ (also known as Geneva) which gained international success shortly after it was signed to Sony Music France & Bianco Y Negro, Spain, peaking within Top 10 in Poland & Top 20 in Germany & Austria. Her single “A Ta" (2012) & Pernele Moi (2013) both peaked #3 on Romanian Airplay 100, while “Fete Din Balcani" (2015) feat Skizzo Skills & Mira, produced by Vanotek, which quickly gained traction with 80 million hits on YouTube.
