Yom
Born in 1980, composer and clarinettist Yom has been exploring the most heterogeneous musical genres for nearly 20 years. He made his name by revisiting traditional Jewish music, but his many projects have taken him into the worlds of rock, electronic music, classical and contemporary music, among other more unclassifiable forms. All these journeys have created a singular path, an artistic approach and an instrumental language that are unmistakable and express his insatiable quest for spirituality and transcendence. After having carried out numerous projects bringing him closer to sacred music (Illuminations, Prière, Eternal Odyssey...), Yom released the album Célébration, in duet with the pianist Léo Jassef, a luminous album revealing a new facet of his talents as a composer.
