SXCL

SXCL is a multifaceted DJ, musician, producer, and sound engineer originally from Réunion Island. They developed their love for music when they started playing the guitar at the age of 11. Ever since, they have been driven by a deep passion for music, discovering and exploring a variety of genres spanning from indie to electronic music. In 2016, they discovered “in-the-box production,” which led to their first song creations and the decision to move to Berlin to focus on electronic music production. SXCL began DJing in 2019 after participating in and working at the DJ workshop from Spoon. Since then, they have played at numerous parties, including Buttons, Brenn, Interzone, and many others. They also recently created their own podcast series, “Gadiamb’,” in which they explore the intersection between electronic and traditional music. In addition to music production, they work as a teacher at the SAE Institute, where they hold a diploma as a sound engineer.
