János Sebestyén (1931–2012) was a Hungarian organist, harpsichordist, and pianist, celebrated for his rich Bach interpretations. After studying at the Franz Liszt Academy and with Zuzana Růžičková, he toured internationally, made over 80 recordings, founded the first harpsichord class at his alma mater, and became a leading figure in Hungarian musical life.
