Three-time GRAMMY-nominated artist Kenyon Dixon is proving that R&B is alive and thriving. A Los Angeles native, he has worked with legends like Mary J. Blige, Tyrese, Ginuwine, and pop icon Justin Timberlake—all while building his own catalog of timeless music. Dixon first gained recognition as a supporting vocalist for Nick Jonas, Jill Scott, Kelly Rowland, and Kirk Franklin before stepping into the spotlight. His 2021 LP Expectations earned praise from Brandy, Jermaine Dupri, and Timbaland, and his collaboration with PJ Morton and BJ The Chicago Kid on Sam Cooke’s Bring It On Home to Me landed him a GRAMMY nomination for Best Traditional R&B Performance in 2022. His 2022 project Closer debuted at #4 on the US iTunes R&B Charts and received praise from Ty Dolla $ign and Anita Baker. Beyond his solo career, he has written for Justin Timberlake (Keep Going Up), arranged and vocally produced Coco Jones’ ICU (Remix), and served as music director for Revolt TV’s The Link Up II. Dixon’s star continues to rise, earning his first solo GRAMMY nomination for Lucky in 2023 and another in 2024 for Can I Have This Groove from The R&B You Love: Soul of the '70s.
