Born in Nairobi, AFU's musical journey has been influenced by the rich cultural mix of the East African region. His sound is a blend of afro, melodic and tech elements, all fused to form his unique sound. He is a former resident at Muze Club ( DJ Mag Top 100) and current resident and events curator at the Alchemist Bar in Nairobi. His new track 'Erendiyo' came out on 10th May on the My Other Side of the Moon 2024 sampler.
