Drawing on themes of memory and imagination, his immersive solo work transcends its classical roots to create transportive, elegiac compositions of unflinching emotional honesty. Spanning three albums and a number of EPs, his work has reached a global audience. His innovative scores include music for nine onstage upright pianos in Rebecca Frecknall’s Olivier Award winning Summer & Smoke, live and improvised music performed across four immersive spaces in the Prologue to Cabaret in London’s West End, and numerous acclaimed film, theatre, and commercial projects, screened at film festivals worldwide and performed at venues including the Almeida Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe, The Barbican, Sadler’s Wells and many more.
