Born in Republic of Moldova , Cahul city, in 1986, producer, DJ, and singer Vika Jigulina made her name as a DJ in clubs in Romania, landing a radio gig that propelled her to broad European exposure. Edward Maya, a Romanian producer and musician much in the same vein as Jigulina, was her main collaborator in the hit single "Stereo Love."
