Philou Louzolo

Philou Louzolo is a DJ/producer from the Netherlands with Congolese, Nigerian, and Sierra Leonean roots. Philou is on a mission, eager to bridge the gap between Afro diaspora sounds and House and Techno. Philou is known as a pioneer in blending genres such as Afrotech, Amapiano, (Melodic) House, and Techno. He challenges his audience to keep an open mind while listening to his music. He has received support from acclaimed artists like Damian Lazarus, Solomun, Amémé, TSHA and more. In 2019, he founded his label Wokoundou, which further elevated his profile and popularity. His debut album "African Gold" marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career.
